ECC-RMA, LLC Wins a $150 Million Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) From the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)
BURLINGAME, Calif., July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- ECC-RMA, LLC was one of four contractors recently awarded a five-year (base plus one option period), $150 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity unrestricted MATOC for design-build and design-bid-build services from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) South Pacific Division.
Work under the contract includes new construction, renovation, repairs, preventative maintenance, environmental abatement, erosion control, earthwork, and operations, as well as timely response to the remediation of facilities. Projects will be located in the Los Angeles, Albuquerque, Sacramento, and San Francisco Districts of the USACE.
ECC-RMA, LLC was also awarded the first task order under the contract, a $5 million design-build project for the USACE Los Angeles District with four options valued at $996,770. The team will replace roofs on Buildings 1, 2, and 14 at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in San Diego, CA with the option to design and build a photovoltaic system and window washing system on Building 1. The project is currently underway and scheduled for completion in September 2011.
