The distributions for these Funds are reduced from prior levels as indicated above.

The changes in Fund distributions are intended to align the Funds' distribution rates with the portfolio managers' current assessment of the Funds' long-term return potential and to mitigate erosion of principal value.  The portfolio managers review the Funds' distributions periodically.
