1 large bunch (I lb) fresh kale with stems trimmed and discarded, washed and patted dry
2-1/2 TBS walnut or olive oil
1-1/2 TBS balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/8 tsp sugar
1/2 small red onion, peeled, halved and thinly sliced
1 medium red pepper, cored, seeded and thinly sliced
2 TBS toasted walnuts
