HOUSTON, April 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dresser-Rand Group Inc. ("Dresser-Rand" or the "Company") (NYSE: DRC) has scheduled a conference call to discuss its first quarter 2010 results on April 30, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.  Dresser-Rand will issue its earnings release prior to the call.
