Dorel Industries files annual meeting materials and re-issues financial statements/management's discussion and analysis
USD $200 million of current portion of long-term debt re-classified to long-term debt

MONTREAL, April 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Dorel Industries Inc. (TSX: DII.A DII.B) announces that it has filed its management information circular and related documents in connection with the annual general and special meeting of shareholders to be held on May 27, 2010. Dorel is also pleased to announce that as a result of the sale of USD $200 million in senior guaranteed notes earlier this month (see press release dated April 6, 2010), it has re-issued its consolidated financial statements and its management's discussion and analysis for the fiscal year ended December 30, 2009 in order to account for the re-classification of USD $200 million from the current portion of long-term debt to long-term debt.
