DJJ Technologies Announces Strategic Infrastructure Partnership, Enhanced Voice Product Portfolio
Offers from premises, hosted to private cloud, give DJJ customers unprecedented choice in deploying voice services in their enterprise
NEW YORK, Sept. 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- DJJ Technologies, building on its leadership as an early adopter of innovative telecom technology, announced today its successful collaboration with MASS Communications and Net Access to offer the first completely private hosted voice infrastructure for telecom customers.
The new solution, called pCloud (or Private Cloud) is one of three offers in DJJ's newly enhanced voice product portfolio, DJJEdge, which also includes traditional voice premises and hosted solutions. pCloud will allow DJJ to easily and rapidly implement a data center-based communication platform for its national base of customers.
"We are excited to bring the full breadth of our voice capabilities to our customers in a way that simplifies and excites them about what is possible in their Avaya voice environment," says Ed Dolan, executive vice president of DJJ Technologies. "We are taking what are already mature and proven technologies to create a solution that addresses all their unified communications, mobility, video and contact center needs over privatized connection."
DJJEdge offers different deployment options for companies from Premises-based: pure Hosted or Private Cloud (pCloud) solutions, which encompasses DJJ's partnership with NetAccess and MASS Communications.
"This is a marriage between three best-in-class providers offering one unique solution," says Darren Mass, CEO of MASS Communications. "The uniqueness of this overarching solution is in designing a hosted platform the right way with a value-added reseller doing what they do best in configuring and installing telephony equipment; the data center doing what they do best in rack space, power and colocation (colo) services; and a telco network provider doing what they do best in providing end-to-end private connectivity and billing components coupled with customer service."
He applauds DJJ for being the first value-added reseller to fully embrace and understand the strategic advantage of offering a private hosted platform to their clients. "DJJ is very innovative and forward thinking in providing the ideal technology to support their clients today and into the future."
DJJ solutions connects to MASS Comm's SIP Gateway providers for voice origination and termination services, and MASS also coordinates all last-mile local loop connectivity to the end-user locations. Net Access hosts and manages the Virtual Environment in their next-generation, Parsippany III data center.
"What we bring to the table is an absolute rock-solid foundation for DJJ to build their software stack on top of our co-location and cloud-infrastructure products," explains Net Access CEO Raul Martynek, adding that DJJ customers don't have to think about the infrastructure and whether it performs. "They can focus instead on what they can do with this new solution."
Martynek expressed admiration for DJJ's bold move to be one of the first PBX player to fully embrace the cloud. "It's fantastic to have a partner that's thinking so thoughtfully about the evolution of the marketplace. It speaks volumes to their thought leadership in the sector and that's why it's exciting to work with them. They are really helping to drive the thinking around how we evolve this product."
Dolan explains that DJJ's expanded voice portfolio delivers two benefits to customers: greater choice and simplicity.
"Our customers now have deployment choices based on their budgets and their needs. Our portfolio fits any connectivity requirements -- allowing our customers to make decisions about the business and their needs without concerns of performance, stability, reliability or feature sets based on where or how solutions are deployed."
