Lori Schafer, co-author of "BRANDED! How Retailers Engage Consumers with Social Media & Mobility," an Amazon business book Bestseller, will deliver the keynote address: Top Trends in Digital Media.
Converting digital media campaigns, social media outreach and e-commerce experiences into measurable sales is becoming a major focus for brands as they look to monetize investments in brand awareness, building and preference. Monetizing the Digital Consumer Experience will discuss what is working, why it is working and what is next.
