Digicel Limited Announces The Expiration Of Its Tender Offer For Any And All Of Its 8.250% Senior Notes Due 2017
HAMILTON, Bermuda, March 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Digicel Limited ("Digicel") today announced that its previously announced cash tender offer to purchase any and all of the outstanding aggregate principal amount of its 8.250% Senior Secured Notes due 2017 (the "Notes") expired at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Monday, March 2, 2015 (the "Expiration Time"). As of the Expiration Time, $663,776,000 aggregate principal amount of the outstanding Notes (approximately 83%) were validly tendered. Digicel has accepted for purchase all such Notes validly tendered as of the Expiration Time, and expects to pay for these Notes on March 3, 2015.
Pursuant to the terms of the tender offer, Notes not tendered in the tender offer will remain outstanding. The Company will deliver a redemption notice for any all outstanding Notes pursuant to the terms of the indenture governing the Notes, and all remaining outstanding Notes will be redeemed on April 2, 2015.
