FT. WASHINGTON, Pa., June 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- DiD (www.didagency.com), a boutique healthcare communications agency, has announced both the expansion of its leadership team and the creation of a new position to support the continued growth of the company.
"The first months of this year have been quite exciting as far as new business gains," commented Peter Kenney, Partner. "To keep pace with this growth, we needed to expand our leadership team. It was an easy decision to do so internally with such a strong core of experienced directors."
DiD is excited to announce the following promotions, effective immediately.
Elyse Cole Promoted to Vice President, Strategy and Strategic Services
For five years, Elyse has been a crucial strategic contributor to key accounts, as well as the director of the Strategy Department. She will continue to serve in both of these roles, and will also be responsible for guiding new business efforts and helping chart the strategic direction of the company as a whole.
Bill Fay Promoted to Director, Client Services
For three years, Bill has shown incredible growth as one of the Group Account Supervisors. He will continue to support his accounts and also assume responsibility for the overall direction of client relationships, the management and development of the Client Services Department, as well as support new business initiatives.

She will continue in this role with the added responsibilities of supervising all creative services and overseeing the development of those in the department.
