DFW International Airport, Pappas Restaurants Debuts New Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen
Houston-based regional favorite to bring the 'spirit of New Orleans' to DFW
DALLAS, Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- DFW International Airport announces the opening of Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, the newest restaurant to open in Terminal A. This is the second Pappas concept to join DFW's Concessions and the only restaurant at the airport to offer fresh, Cajun seafood to travelers from around the world.

Guests will enter via escalator where a former DFW train station space has been transformed to a 6,500 square foot Louisiana-style restaurant with 40-foot ceilings and wall-to-wall mahogany. Among the many features, Pappadeaux will offer a "raw bar" for oyster and sushi lovers, over 20 TVs for the sports enthusiasts and in-house flight monitors for business travelers on the go. Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen puts Guests "down on the bayou" with its savory aromas of spicy Cajun cooking and the sounds of Dixieland jazz.

Pappadeaux offers more than 80 delicious menu items, including those found on the Chef Selections page. This frequently updated section of the menu highlights Pappas chefs' cutting-edge creations and allows Guests to sample from a diverse selection of choices ranging from Alaskan halibut to tropical mahi-mahi; American red snapper to sea bass.
