DeLeón Tequila's limited edition private reserve, "Leóna," won the 2013 "Best of the Best" award according to Robb Report, the definitive authority on connoisseurship for ultra-affluent consumers. This marks the third consecutive year that DeLeón Tequila has received this honor. No other spirits brand in the 25-year history of the Robb Report has received the "Best of the Best" award three years in a row.

DeLeón Tequila's "Diamante" and "Reposado" were also awarded the Grand Prize "Best in Show" in 2009 and 2010, respectively, at the World Beverage Competition, the largest beverage competition in the world held each year in Geneva Switzerland, making the brand the only back-to-back Grand Prize winner in the history of the competition.
