DCT Industrial Trust(R) Leases 160,440 Square Feet of Distribution Space in Atlanta
DENVER, March 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DCT Industrial Trust® (NYSE: DCT), a leading industrial real estate owner, operator and developer, today announced a new lease with Woodgrain Distribution for 160,440 square feet of distribution space in Northeast Atlanta, GA. The facility, located at 6280 Best Friend Road, will serve as the regional distribution center for Woodgrain Distribution. Woodgrain Distribution is a leading logistics company dedicated to delivering "best in class" service and millwork products with over 55 years of millwork experience.

"We built a strong relationship together during negotiations resulting in an agreement meeting Woodgrain's long-term objectives providing them with an improved operating facility."
The lease commences on March 1, 2010 and brings the building occupancy to 100%.
