DCI Hires Dr. Murray Simpson and Dr. Lisa Harpe
WASHINGTON, Sept. 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- DCI Consulting Group, Inc. is pleased to announce the recent hire of Dr. Murray Simpson and Dr. Lisa Harpe. Both Dr. Simpson and Dr. Harpe have joined DCI as Principal Consultants. They bring valuable experience to DCI's Personnel Selection and Litigation Support Services team, and will be based in Raleigh, North Carolina. These additions to the DCI team reflect DCI's strategic effort to hire and retain the best talent in the industry and exemplify DCI's dedication to growing its Personnel Selection and Litigation business.
Dr. Simpson has a Ph.D. in Economics and is the first labor economist to join DCI's team. He previously managed a group responsible for evaluating allegations of discriminatory employment practices and wage-and-hour violations. As a Principal Consultant at DCI, Dr. Simpson will immediately support DCI clients in litigation work and pay equity analyses.
Dr. Harpe has a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology. She has extensive experience in the development, implementation, and evaluation of hiring, promotion, performance appraisal and training systems. She previously worked on validating hiring and promotion tests, personnel policies and recruiting systems, and providing guidance on the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program compliance policies and procedures.
Dr. Simpson and Dr. Harpe's robust experience will expand the Personnel Selection and Litigation Support Services team and add a labor economist perspective to DCI.
