EVERETT, Wash., March 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- DaVita HealthCare Partners (NYSE: DVA), a leading independent medical group in America and leading global provider of kidney care, and The Everett Clinic, a nationally recognized physician group, today announced the closing of a previously announced merger, under which DaVita has acquired The Everett Clinic.
