Humphrey, MBA, is recognized by Continental Who's Who as a 2017 Professional of the Year in the field of Support Services as a result of her role as National Guard Employment Enhancement Program (NGEEP) Program Specialist with Ruffin Consulting, Inc.
Created to provide various support services to local, city, state and federal municipalities and commercial entities, Ruffin Consulting caters to the above organizations in the following areas: administrative support, general construction, construction management, facilities support services, DCAA compliant consulting and more.
With over a decade of professional experience, Cynthia is a seasoned program specialist with expertise in project planning and management, personal development, process improvement, team building and training. In this capacity, her duties include the facilitation and oversight of the administration, development, and delivery of the various employment services for members of the Tennessee National Guard.
A testament to her success, Cynthia was recognized by the National Association of Professional Women as a VIP Woman of The Year. In addition, she maintains affiliation with the Association of the US Army, Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, and the Executive Women's Golf Association. Cynthia is also on the Board of Directors of Girls, Inc. of Kingsport, TN and the Tri-Cities Military Affairs Council. Outside of work, she enjoys cruising, golf and travel.
Throughout the course of her educational career, Cynthia received both her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from Milligan College.
