Longtime publishers acquire media assets of top manufacturing pubs
FORT ATKINSON, Wis., Aug. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Cygnus Business Media announced today the sale of Fabricating & Metalworking to Alliance Communications, Inc., Industrial Machinery Digest and Total Industrial Plant Solutions advertising deck to Source360 Media LLC. Both companies are led by the longtime publishers of the titles and include print and digital assets.
Alliance Communications, Inc. is led by Tony Morrison. Morrison was involved in the launch of Fabricating & Metalworking more than a decade ago. The publication is a well established and is considered to be a premiere voice of the metal manufacturing industry.

Strickland's strong relationships with dealers and manufacturers have been one reason the brand is the leader in its industry sector.
