CryoLife Board of Directors Authorizes Purchase of its Common Stock
ATLANTA, June 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CryoLife, Inc. (NYSE: CRY), an implantable biological medical device and cardiovascular tissue processing company, announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized the purchase of up to $15 million of its common stock over the course of the next two years, beginning no earlier than June 2, 2010. The purchase of shares will be made from time to time in the open market or through privately negotiated transactions on such terms as management deems appropriate, and will be dependant upon various factors, including price, regulatory requirements and other market conditions.
