LITTLETON, Colo., Jan. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- CPI Card Group (CPI), a global leader in financial and commercial card production and services, today announced that Docia Michaels Myer has joined CPI as Vice President, Customer Experience. In her new position, Docia will have responsibility for the customer experience at all customer touch points with the organization, including the Customer Service function in the U.S.

Docia comes with a broad, accomplished background in the card and the print/information management industries, including over fifteen years of experience working in customer facing leadership positions in project, account, and customer service management at RR Donnelly and Oberthur Technologies. In her most recent position as a Vice President of Customer Delivery at Oberthur, she was responsible for service to all banking customers in North and South America and worked globally to standardize service for international customers.
Docia's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Lake Erie College and a Master's Degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School. She is the recipient of Keller Graduate School's 2001 Exelon Capstone Award.
