Cox Enterprises Elects Henry Parry-Okeden to Board of Directors
ATLANTA, Dec. 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Cox Enterprises today elected Henry Parry-Okeden to its board of directors. Parry-Okeden, an entrepreneur in the hospitality industry, is the great-grandson of James M. Cox, the company's founder and three-term Governor of Ohio. The board is comprised of business leaders and three generations of Cox family members, including Anne Cox Chambers, Jim Kennedy, Alex Taylor and Jamie Kennedy.

Parry-Okeden co-founded InvitedHome, a Boulder-based hospitality company that appeared on the 2015 Inc. 500 list as the highest-ranking company in the travel and hospitality sector. He leads the company's growth strategy where he oversees expansion into new markets and portfolio growth.
Prior to InvitedHome, he was a founder of the Oakview Group and a sales and marketing manager at Shanghai Vision. He also served as a Techstars associate and spent two years with Cox Communications.
Parry-Okeden completed his undergraduate studies at the University of New England in Australia and earned a master's degree in business administration from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management. While at Cornell, he served as a fund manager at BR Venture Fund, the school's early stage venture capital fund that invests in high-growth companies.
