LOS ANGELES, Aug. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Cosmetic Dermatology of Orange County, office of Dr. Cheryl Effron, is one of the first in the nation to offer PicoSure, the world's most advanced tattoo removal treatment. This laser is designed to reduce the number of tattoo treatments needed to remove tattoos with its breakthrough Picosecond technology. Additionally, follow-up visits have revealed no scarring or additional pigment alteration.

On average, it used to take 12-18 treatments to fully remove a tattoo, with the old technology. The PicoSure laser requires less than half of that. The laser's picosecond technology has proven efficacy on stubborn greens and blues as well as recalcitrant tattoos that surpass the results of other laser's on the market.
