COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Jan. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Century Casinos, Inc. (Nasdaq and Vienna Stock Exchange: CNTY) announced yesterday that the Company's Austrian subsidiary, Century Casinos Europe GmbH ("CCE"), completed the acquisition of the Silver Dollar Casino by paying "$9.5 million, which includes $9,650,000 less $150,000 for a working capital adjustment at closing". These amounts were incorrect. CCE paid at closing $10,500,000, which includes $9,650,000 plus $850,000 for working capital.
