WASHINGTON, April 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, "We are urging employees of pharmaceutical companies to call us at 866-714-6466 about a possible whistleblower reward if their employer's manufacturing line is unsanitary. The reason this is such a big deal is because drugs need to be produced in the cleanest of environments so they do not make an already sick person sicker with a new illness. Because Medicare recipients and average citizens could be at risk, the federal government takes an unclean drug manufacturing facility very seriously.
"The problem with the federal government policing drug manufacturing facilities in the United States is that federal employees with this responsibility will voluntarily tell anyone asking that they are over-worked and under-compensated. Translation: there is not much federal oversight of drug manufacturing facilities in the USA. If you are an employee of a drug maker that is making pharmaceutical products in an unclean environment please call us anytime at 866-714-6466 and let's talk about potential whistleblower rewards." http://CorporateWhistleblowerCenter.Com
In January of 2017, a healthcare corporation agreed to pay the Department of Justice $18.158 million to resolve its criminal and civil liability arising from their failure to follow 'current' Good Manufacturing Practices (c-GMP) when manufacturing sterile drug products.
The Department of Justice alleged an employee of the drug maker reported the presence of mold on the HEPA filters to plant management. However, the healthcare company continued to manufacture their products in that clean room identified as moldy.
In this instance, the whistleblower received $431,535.99.
The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, "If you work for a pharmaceutical company that is producing drug products in the USA in an unclean or unsafe environment, please call us at 866-714-6466 and let's talk about potential whistleblower rewards or compensation. Why sit on a potentially winning lotto ticket without ever knowing what it could be worth?" http://CorporateWhistleblowerCenter.Com
Simple rules for a whistleblower from the Corporate Whistleblower: Do not go to the government first if you are a major whistleblower. The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, "Major whistleblowers frequently go to the government thinking they will help. It's a huge mistake. Do not go to the news media with your whistleblower information. Public revelation of a whistleblower's information could destroy any prospect for a reward. Do not try to force a pharmaceutical or medical company or individual to come clean if their manufacturing areas are unsanitary. Come to us first, tell us what type of information you have, and if we think it's sufficient, we will help find the right law firms to assist in advancing your information."
The Corporate Whistleblower Center wants to emphasize there are high quality whistleblowers in every state including California, New York, New Jersey, Florida, Texas, Massachusetts, Maryland, Rhode Island, Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, Washington, or Alaska.
The Corporate Whistleblower Center is the premier advocate for whistleblowers in the United States. Unlike any group in the US, they can assist a potential whistleblower with packaging their information and providing the whistleblower with access to the most accomplished whistleblower attorneys in the nation.
