MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Corporate Technologies announced today that, for a second year in a row, they have been named one of the top 50 places to work by Prairie Business Journal, a leading Midwest publication. The Journal publishes their list annually in their September issue.
Earlier this year, employees nominated the companies by submitting an anonymous employee-satisfaction survey, and Prairie Business used the survey results in selecting the 50 Best. The survey sought input on each employer's benefits, workplace culture and employee morale, among other factors. "And employees responded. Prairie Business received more than 1,000 nominations from employees from around the region," said Tom Dennis, Prairie Business editor. "The 50 Best companies clearly recognize employee satisfaction as one of the keys to productivity and profitability," Dennis said. "That comes through in the surveys over and over again. We all know how hard we'll work to satisfy a good manager. Turns out people feel the same way about the companies they work for -- and when an employer goes the extra mile for its workforce, the workers go all out to return the favor."
Prairie Business is proud to present the results of the contest, which now is in its fourth year. "We congratulate all of the winning companies, and we thank the employees who responded so enthusiastically to our survey," Dennis said.
Started in 1981, Corporate Technologies was built around client services and exceptional employees. In 2006, Corporate Technologies launched its managed services offering and has transformed itself into one of the largest MSP in the country. Giving their employees the tools to succeed and empowering them to come forward with new ideas is part of what makes it a great place to work. Providing the training and resources for them to further their knowledge are just a few of the benefits of the company.
"We have received significant recognition and have won many awards, but this one is the most meaningful to me. To be receiving it for a second year in a row enforces that we are doing things right," said Corporate Technologies CEO, Jim Griffith. "Providing an environment where people enjoy working and continue to further themselves professionally has always been one of my goals. I want to thank each of our employees for their contributions and for nominating Corporate Technologies for this award."
Corporate Technologies is very honored to be nominated by their employees and to be selected by the Prairie Business Journal for this award.
