Remote customer support activities include:

Updates to the ACCS application software, operating system, bill validators and device drivers by CSS engineering and IT departments.

Direct assistance and system access during setup activities should a question arise on how to configure a unique condition.

The ability to directly download or upload information, such as transaction data or log information, from the ACCS software to central support staff.
