BOSTON, Dec. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Hensel Phelps is a premier, full-service facilities solution provider. Earlier this year, Hensel Phelps started looking for an interactive solution that would enable them to deliver digital marketing material to its districts and for use at various trade shows. Looking for a development platform that was both intuitive and robust, Hensel Phelps did research on digital tablets/iPad delivery systems and discovered Yooba online. The Yooba service provided accessible development tools and a rock-solid deployment system for much less of an investment than competitors were offering – Hensel Phelps was sold.
"The key reason we selected Yooba is that we could have multiple types of marketing material organized from a central online location and pushed out to different teams. There is no other system that allows you to have an app/online system of this sort with the flexibility in publishing," says Heather Ward, Corporate Marketing at Hensel Phelps.
The Hensel Phelps apps are intended to provide basic company and product information to customers, all while gathering as much information about prospective clients easily and painlessly. "We needed a system to allow our teams to meet with clients and have access to much of our marketing material, but in a way that could allow them to go directly to certain areas based off of specific questions. We also wanted the presentation of the material to be dynamic and allow for videos/interactive graphics, etc. to make the information interesting to the viewer. Yooba has allowed us that capability," states Jeff Darnell, Corporate Director at Hensel Phelps.
Future plans for Yooba include usage not only for trade shows and client meetings, but also for large interview presentations. This allows Hensel Phelps to have a very customized look and feel to their system without the high cost usually associated with programming and testing.
"The Yooba team has been wonderful to work with. We have had many new ideas as to how we want information presented and the team has been open and flexible in figuring out how the system can meet our needs. This great working relationship has allowed us to grow our initial plans for the Yooba system (to use it only for trade shows) into a system that we can use across our organization for presenting our marketing material. It is great when you find an organization that wants your end product to be as good as possible and they are working with you to do so," says Heather Ward.
