Consider Retrofitting as 'Green' Fleet Strategy

CHICAGO, March 16 /PRNewswire/ -- As Earth Day approaches, fleet managers throughout the country are facing the challenge of reducing emissions of their fleet vehicles while being mindful of limited budgets.
