Connexion Healthcare Opens New Cambridge, MA, Office

NEWTOWN, Pa., Jan. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Connexion Healthcare, an award-winning, full-service global provider of strategic medical and scientific communications, is pleased to announce the expansion of the company to include a new office serving the Cambridge, MA, area, beginning January 4, 2016. The new office will enable Connexion Healthcare to provide enhanced services to their existing clients in Cambridge and to accommodate growth with new clients across the New England region. Because many pharmaceutical companies conduct research and development in the Cambridge area, Connexion Healthcare will be able to better leverage its experience on their behalf from this new office. Company headquarters will remain in Newtown, Pennsylvania.

Jim Shea will serve as the Vice President of Business Development and Client Relations in the new office. For this role, Mr Shea draws on more than 15 years of pharmaceutical and biotech industry experience, most recently with Cancer Genetics, Inc. His extensive industry knowledge will serve Connexion Healthcare's 2 Centers of Excellence — Oncology and Rare Disease — as they translate complex science into clear communications for the world's leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
