Connect for Health Colorado Creates More User-Friendly Website with Addition of Interactive Coach to Guide Customers Making Health Insurance Decisions

Connect for Health Colorado's new intelligent virtual assistant, Kyla. Kyla has already helped thousands of Coloradoans get the information they need to enroll in a healthcare plan.

The new virtual coach, Kyla, welcomes customers on the Marketplace website homepage and helps them navigate to the right location quickly. Kyla can also be found at key points in the website, presenting important information in a clear manner, and assisting users in making informed decisions. She provides decision support for critical choices, including applying for financial assistance and understanding unfamiliar health insurance terminology.
