Confie Seguros Acquires Three Buffalo Area Brokerages

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif., May 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Confie Seguros, a national provider of personal lines insurance, announced today that it has acquired three new insurance brokerages in Buffalo, New York, further building its presence in the region.

Confie acquired three agencies in Buffalo, all providing auto insurance – Able Insurance Agency, which has been serving the Buffalo community for over a decade; Linda's Able Insurance, established in 1980; and Becker-Able Agency, Inc., which has been serving all of Western New York since 1993. The three former owners will continue with Confie as part of the company's focus to maintain consistency of management.

Confie now has 55 locations in New York and has completed 15 acquisitions in the Buffalo metropolitan area, where it continues as an active consolidator.
