Concierge Auctions to sell notable Pretty Brook House in Princeton, New Jersey

PRINCETON, N.J., May 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- New York-based Concierge Auctions, known for its global solution for selling esteemed high-end properties, has announced the June 12th auction of circa 1928 Pretty Brook House. An icon of historic architecture in Princeton, New Jersey, this picturesque estate on 22 acres, which was originally offered for $14.5 million, will sell to the highest bidder without reserve in cooperation with Judson Henderson of Callaway Henderson Sotheby's International Realty.

Located at 300 Pretty Brook Road, a mere three miles from downtown, Princeton University and the train, Pretty Brook House was designed by Mott Schmidt, whose client list included the Astor, Vanderbilt and Rockefeller families.
