The auction will be conducted in cooperation with Jeff Hyland and Marcie Hartley of Hilton & Hyland, Joyce Rey and Linda May of Coldwell Banker, and John A. Woodward IV of Keller Williams. Amber Hills was originally offered for $40 million and will sell to the highest bidder above a $14.5 million reserve.
