COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., June 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Luxury real estate auction firm Concierge Auctions is pleased to announce the July 15th auction of Shiloh Ranch & Arena, a 131-acre equestrian estate in Black Forest, just north of Colorado Springs, Colorado, with stunning views of Pike's Peak and the Rocky Mountains. Originally offered for $1.995 million, the property will be sold without reserve in two segments — a 75-acre tract with equestrian facilities and a 35-acre tract with ranch home — in cooperation with Billy Long and Ron Morris of Ranch Marketing Associates and represents the firm's second assignment this year on behalf of the seller.
