Concierge Auctions Names Michael S. Russo Vice President of Project Management

ASPEN, Colo., June 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Michael S. Russo was named Vice President of Project Management for Concierge Auctions, the preeminent luxury real estate auction firm serving high-end sellers nationwide, the company has announced. Russo is responsible for overseeing the company's project managers who are charged with leading assignments on location and managing the overall marketing strategy, broker and buyer outreach and seller relations from launch through auction day. Russo will be based in Aspen, CO.

Previously, Russo served as a president of Aspen Sotheby's International Realty, where he managed the entire firm, from sales and marketing to business operations. He initiated and facilitated the combining of Aspen Sotheby's International Realty and Morris & Fyrwald Sotheby's International Realty, which created the largest luxury real estate brokerage firm in Aspen. 

Prior to this, Russo held various roles at Cendant Corporation (now Realogy), which entered into a $100 million licensing agreement with Sotheby's International Realty to increase their dominance of the high-end residential real estate market. He began in franchise sales for RCI Holiday Network within the company before being promoted to Assistant Regional Vice President of Coldwell Banker Midwest, then Regional Vice President of Sotheby's International Realty.
