Dr. Sullivan will work with Dr. Thomas Riemenschneider, the company's clinical team, and the COMS Medical Advisory Board. Dr. Riemenschneider, the COMS co-founder and original Chief Medical Officer, served as the company's resident expert in clinical intelligence and application methodologies, developed from more than 16 years of experience as a healthcare consultant. His expertise has been leveraged by nursing homes, hospitals, medical schools, healthcare systems and physician groups. Dr. Riemenschneider will continue to work with the COMS Medical Advisory Board.
In his role as Chief Medical Officer at COMS, Dr. Sullivan will function as part of the company's Executive Team to advance the clinical product set and content associated with the Daylight IQ™ Product Suite. Daylight IQ™ focuses upon improving quality of care by closely tracking changes in condition and initiating appropriate clinical interventions. His primary responsibility at Golden Living was developing an integrated care model for the company. Dr. Sullivan also served as Regional Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Humana Senior Products, where he was responsible for the support and management of strategic and operational issues related to medical and pharmacy management, provider contracting and partnering, quality initiatives and sales, and marketing efforts.
