Bankwerx is an innovative banking experience that offers customers completely digital interactions and transactions. Instead of traditional teller counters, Bankwerx customers can bank from a mobile phone, tablet, or in person with one of Conestoga's video tellers in the company's suburban tech center just outside of Philadelphia. The Bankwerx experience is a revolutionary way of banking for the Philadelphia area. Conestoga Bank's existing branch at 1632 Walnut Street in Philadelphia was given a sleek makeover and launched as the first Bankwerx location in June. Future Bankwerx locations are planned to open across the Philadelphia metro area.
Conestoga Bank will maintain its traditional branches while the Bankwerx branches are intended to serve the needs of modern banking customers who prefer a tech-savvy, innovative, and 24/7 accessible bank.
