Riverbed Technology, Inc. Analyst Notes
On May 22, 2014, Riverbed Technology, Inc. (Riverbed Technology) issued a statement regarding the Company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders pertaining to a Board member's re-election and compensation of the Company's named executive officers. According to the Company, the proposal to re-elect Mark Lewis to the Board of Directors failed to receive a majority vote. Riverbed Technology added that, the non-binding advisory vote to approve the compensation of the Company's named executive officers did not receive a majority vote.
