ClearPath Appoints Tom Ridge to Board of Advisors

Following the tragic events of Sept. 11, 2001, Ridge became the first Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and later the first Secretary of DHS. Before that, he was twice elected Governor of Pennsylvania and in that role promoted an aggressive technology strategy that helped fuel the state's advances in economic development, education, health care and the environment. In 1982 Ridge was one of the first Vietnam combat veterans elected to the U.S. House of Representatives, where he served six terms. He was highly decorated as an infantry staff sergeant and throughout his career has received numerous honors and awards.
