CJ Corporation Expands 'Bibigo' Restaurant Chain With Third Location In Century City

LOS ANGELES, July 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- CJ Corporation, Korea's number one food company and leading producer of Asian foods, today announced the opening of its latest Bibigo Korean Healthy Fresh Kitchen on the dining terrace of the Century City Mall in Los Angeles, Calif., on Wednesday, Aug. 1.  The new, quick-service restaurant offers shoppers casual and trendy Korean dishes such as hot stone bowls and bibimbap.

The new location will be managed by longtime Bibigo employee Shawn Son, who most recently served as floor manager at Bibigo's Westwood location. Menu highlights, available for eat-in on the dining terrace or take-out, include customizable hot stone bowls of bibimbap—one of Korea's most well-known dishes—mini wontons, sweet & spicy rice cakes and other tapas. To celebrate the grand opening on Aug. 1, the restaurant will offer customers a free fountain soda with the purchase of any hot stone menu item. In addition, frequent purchase stamp cards will be given out with each order, rewarding customers who regularly eat at Bibigo. 

The Century City location (10250 Santa Monica Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90067) represents the company's 13^th restaurant globally. CJ Corporation has plans to open additional restaurants in the Soho neighborhood of London this September, Tokyo in October and New York City in 2013. Store hours are Monday through Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
