China Nutrifruit Signs Supply Contract with Cargill Shanghai
DAQING, China, Feb. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Nutrifruit Group Limited (NYSE Amex: CNGL) ("China Nutrifruit" or "the Company"), a leading producer of premium specialty fruit based products in China ("PRC"), today announced that the Company entered into a supply contract (the "Contract") with Cargill Trading (Shanghai) Ltd. ("Cargill Shanghai") to supply its fruit concentrate products.
Cargill Shanghai is an integrated part of Cargill, an international producer and marketer of food, agricultural, financial and industrial products and services. Pursuant to the Contract, China Nutrifruit will supply approximately 120 tons of fruit concentrate products to Cargill Shanghai in January 2011 at the prevailing market price. Cargill Shanghai will export China Nutrifruit's fruit concentrate products to Mongolia.
"This is our first contract to export our premium specialty fruit concentrate products overseas, reflecting growing market demand and acceptance of our products.
