China Institute Holds 6th Annual Executive Summit:
Driving the Green Wave: China and the U.S. in Transition to a Clean Energy Future - World Leadership, Competition and Collaboration
NEW YORK, April 21 /PRNewswire/ -- China Institute, the New York City based cultural and educational nonprofit institution focused exclusively on China, today held the 6th Annual China Institute Executive Summit.
This year's theme was focused on clean energy challenges and opportunities facing China and the United States, in particular the role of the private sector and the impact of innovative market mechanisms in the context of China-U.S. business.
"We were thrilled to bring together global leaders from China and the United States for a forum of open and constructive dialogue focusing on Chinese and American business ventures in clean energy. The importance of developing clean energy technology will be a key issue in the dialogue between the United States and China ultimately affecting everyone on a global stage," said Sara Judge McCalpin, China Institute President.
