CheckAlt Acquires ERAS Subsidiary from Diebold to Extend Imaging and Item Processing Capabilities

LOS ANGELES, June 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CheckAlt, a leader in Check 21 payment and item processing solutions for financial institutions and merchants, today announced that it has acquired the ERAS subsidiary from Diebold, Incorporated (NYSE: DBD). ERAS, based in Miami, delivers item and payment processing solutions for regional banks, community banks and credit unions.
