Census Bureau Director to Discuss with University of Michigan Students How to Measure the Quality of the 2010 Census

What:

U.S. Census Bureau Director Robert M. Groves will brief the media, students and the general public on the status of the 2010 Census. Groves, who directed the University of Michigan Survey Research Center at the Institute for Social Research until he was tapped to head the U.S. Census Bureau last year, will provide the latest information on the progress of the 2010 Census and how the Census Bureau will measure its quality.

After his talk, "The 2010 Census: How Will We Know How Good It Is?" there will be an opportunity for questions, followed by media availability. The talk is free and open to the public.
