CEI Vision Partners announces acquisition of Dayton-based ophthalmology practice

CINCINNATI, Oct. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- CEI Vision Partners (CVP), a leading ophthalmology services organization formed by Cincinnati Eye Institute and Revelstoke Capital Partners, announces it has acquired Dayton Eye Associates in Dayton, Ohio. This is the first acquisition for CVP since it was formed in May 2018.

"Our service model now allows patients greater access to top ophthalmologists and optometrists who can now spend more time seeing patients instead of attending to the business side of the practice."

Dayton Eye Associates is a leading group of 12 ophthalmologists and optometrists who specialize in a range of eye problems including the treatment of cataract, glaucoma, oculoplastics, corneal disease, pediatric ophthalmology, and neuro-ophthalmology. The physicians see patients in three locations in the Dayton area.
