Catholic Charities USA Calls On Political Leaders to Seek Solutions

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Father Larry Snyder, President of Catholic Charities USA, one of the nation's largest networks of faith-based social service providers, released the following statement about the impending shutdown of the federal government:

"As our federal government faces an impending shutdown for the first time in nearly two decades, we call on our political leaders to consider how their inability to find a way through this crisis will affect those who can least afford it.
