CORVALLIS, Ore., Feb. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Case Printing Solutions has introduced a case coding printer repair service for Industrial Inkjet Printheads.
Case Printing Solutions, which provides products and services for quality industrial variable data coding, was motivated to offer these new services due to customer demand. The new offering includes three services that provide packaging vendors and case coders with support for a) equipment troubleshooting, b) implementation of standard operating procedures, and c) printhead repairs. These services address the gap created when Markem/Imaje purchased RSI Print Systems and promptly discontinued service and support for installed RSI variable data (coding) printers.
Variable data DPI printing with RSI Hydra and RSI Pro printers is critical to many case coding operations. Unfortunately, over time, knowledge and specs for proper operations are lost, and bar code print quality suffers. Rather than replace the equipment, vendors can reclaim barcode quality and scanability by troubleshooting, implementing strong RSI printer operating procedures and repairing equipment.
"No other case printing service administrator has made this kind of commitment to working with the orphaned Markem/Imaje printers, which we see as a natural extension of our business," said Rob Schneider, Case Printing Solutions CEO. "Packaging contractors want to provide readable barcodes, without having to buy completely new equipment, and our troubleshooting, repair and rebuild services address that."
CASE Printing Solutions is the industry expert when it comes to selling, repairing, operating and replenishing case coding systems. We are barcode printing experts. www.caseprintingsolutions.com
