LOS ANGELES, March 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Immaculately dressed in all white with a signature J.Lindeberg argyle vest, Camilo Villegas won his third and most convincing victory on the PGA Tour this Sunday at the Honda Classic at the PGA National Resort and Spa in Florida, just one month before the brand opens its first Florida retail store at Aventura Mall in Miami.

By a record score of 13-under par 267 and 5 strokes ahead of the runner up, Villegas equaled his top class golf performance with the most innovative technological fabrics and fashion forward styles from J.Lindeberg. Wearing the J.Lindeberg Troyan Micro Twill pant, breathable and moisture wicking, as well as the signature fitted JL Tour Polo; Villegas out classed his opponents and took a leap from 21st ranking in the world to 12th.
"Winning The Honda Classic yesterday, after going home to Colombia, really capped off a magical week for me," said Villegas. "To win in the area that I live now is a thrill, and to see all of my hard work in the off-season and early this year pay off is a great feeling. Most importantly to me though is the fact that I feel like I'm able to reward my sponsors, including J.Lindeberg, for their faith in me and their ongoing support."
"We are extremely happy with Camilo's win this weekend, and look forward to our on-going partnership with him in his very bright future," says CEO of J.Lindeberg USA, Colin Dyne.
Building on its successful retail stores in the Los Angeles' Beverly Center, and in New York's SoHo area, mid April marks the opening of the first J.Lindeberg retail store in Florida. Located in Miami's Aventura Mall, the store will carry the J.Lindeberg casual sportswear and tailoring collections, as well as the technical golf line, shoes, belts and accessories.
"Finally, we will be able to bring the full J.Lindeberg range to our fans and consumers in Miami, catering to both the golfer as well as the business man," Colin Dyne continues.
