HUNTSVILLE, Ala., Nov. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Camber Corporation announced that it was awarded nine task orders, valued at approximately $19M to provide support to the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) and its six Learning Centers.
The tasks orders under the NETC Program are of varying complexity, and require a wide range of skills and competencies that include instructional systems design, analysis, curriculum, courseware and part task trainers' development. Camber's unique courseware development process incorporates traditional instructor-led classroom materials with self-paced Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) that includes simulations and practical laboratory applications. This effort will result in piloting new courseware within the Learning Centers and implementing the final products into the NETC Learning Management System (LMS).
"We are proud to be supporting NETC in its mission of providing leading edge training for naval forces," states Camber President and Chief Operating Officer Jim Brabston. "For over 25 years, Camber and its legacy companies have been delivering various services to the US Navy. We look forward to continue working with the US Navy, providing state of the art training tools and technologies for this critical mission."
