HERNDON, Va., April 26, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Foundation for Blended and Online Learning announces scholarship opportunities for graduating high school seniors in online and blended programs. Launched in January, the mission of The Foundation for Blended and Online Learning is to empower students through personalized learning by advancing the availability and quality of blended and online learning opportunities and outcomes. High school seniors who meet the following criteria are encouraged to apply for the scholarships:
- Students must have completed some or all of their coursework in an online or blended setting (minimum of 5 blended or online courses.)
- Students must be able to demonstrate the positive impact of digital learning on their education.
- Students must be graduating this spring from an accredited high school program.
- Students must be attending a post-secondary program this fall (i.e., four-year university, two-year community college, and/or an accredited vocational/trade/tech program.)
- Financial need is not part of scholarship criteria.
