Caldwell Partners Bolsters Technology Recruiting Capabilities with the Addition of Adam D. Charlson

TORONTO, Feb. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Retained executive search firm Caldwell Partners (TSX: CWL) today announced a major enhancement to its recruiting capabilities in the technology industry with the addition of Adam Charlson as a Partner based in the company's San Francisco, CA office.

Mr. Charlson brings 15 years of executive search experience to his role at Caldwell Partners. He joins the firm from Korn/Ferry International, where he served as a senior client partner and leader of the firm's global software practice. He was previously a principal consultant with Spencer Stuart in the San Francisco bay area, where he conducted executive searches in the enterprise technology arena. Prior to that, he spent six years at Korn/Ferry - initially as a senior associate and progressing to the role of senior client partner.

Mr. Charlson began his search career at Chestnut Hill International, a boutique search firm focused on the life sciences industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Ohio University, and worked as a research analyst and political strategist immediately following graduation.
