Making an offer on a home is now as easy as clicking the "N-Play" button on a property listing. In fact, multiple buyers can make offers on a home and be ranked in real time against each other. Through listing agents, sellers can choose any offer at any time and provide feedback on contingencies such as closing costs, binder fees and financing information. The negotiations are all done online until an agreement-in-principle is reached. The parties then move forward into a binding purchasing agreement conducted in the normal course agents are accustomed to.
